The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Personalized, engraved, or customized products.

Damaged items due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
