At Awqat, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple return and refund process.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Your request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  • Personalized, engraved, or customized products.

  • Damaged items due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.


4. Return Process

  2. Our support team will guide you on how to ship your item back.

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong item, damaged item).


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
